Donovan Pullen is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovator with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling agricultural and industrial chemistry businesses across Africa, the UK, Europe, and the United States. As former COO, President, and Chairman of multiple Oro Agri companies, Donovan helped lead the construction of manufacturing facilities on five continents and established direct sales operations in over 25 countries, reaching customers in more than 80 markets worldwide.

He has led the development of more than 15 chemical products generating over $1 billion in cumulative sales, supported by a strong intellectual property portfolio of 18 patents spanning adjuvants, soil conditioning, and specialty agricultural and mining formulations.

At Oro Agri, Donovan drove consistent double‑digit growth from founding through a $100 million sale to Omnia in 2018, followed by a $165 million acquisition by Rovensa in 2021. His career also includes deep M&A and transactional experience with Panavision (NYSE), Nalco (NYSE), Oro Agri (CSE), and Omnia (JSE).

Earlier, Donovan served as Market Research Manager and Director of Transactions at Panavision. He holds a P/KE MBA and is a Certified Merger & Acquisitions Advisor

Erroll Pullen is a serial founder with more than four decades of experience building and scaling industrial, chemical, and agricultural‑input businesses across Africa, the UK, Europe, and the United States. His entrepreneurial career is defined by disciplined capital efficiency and repeatable value creation, including the flagship growth of Oro Agri from an initial $200,000 investment to a $100 million exit in 2020.

Over his career, Erroll has led multiple strategic exits to public and global industrial groups, including Goldfields (LSE), Fenner Plc (LSE), Ingersoll Rand (NYSE), Nalco (NYSE), Oro Agri (CSE), and Omnia (JSE). His companies have consistently operated at the intersection of applied chemistry, industrial performance, and agricultural productivity.

A core strength of Erroll’s work is the creation of defensible intellectual property. He is the inventor or co‑inventor on nine patents spanning adjuvants, soil conditioning technologies, and specialty formulations for mining and industrial applications, establishing durable IP moats that underpin long‑term commercial success.
